• These terms tell you information about us and the legal terms and conditions of the provision BetHawk or other services (“Service”), provided to you (“User”), through our website www.bethawk.co.uk (“our site”).
• The section headings in these Terms are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any part of the agreement.
• We operate the website www.bethawk.co.uk, provide the Service, and can be contacted by email at any time at support@bethawk.com.
• By installing, subscribing to and/or using this Service, the User agrees to be bound by this agreement.
• We care about your privacy - our handling of your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

2. Using this Service.

• We can in no way be held responsible for any losses arising from the use of this Service. The User must be aware that there are risks involved with every sports betting transaction, and we do not guarantee winnings from identified value bets and/or hedged value bets.
• We make no guarantee of the correctness of information presented and/or used as part of this Service, although we strive for our Service to use and present information which is accurate.
• While we aim for the Service to only simulate input where intended for proper operation, we can in no way be held responsible for any simulated input or the consequences of these inputs. Efforts have been taken to restrict simulated input to the target browser window and only the bookmakers’ websites. An example of a simulated input which could have an unintended consequence would be if an unrelated pop-up was displayed by the User’s device while an input is being processed.
• We can in no way be held responsible for bets placed or any other actions taken at any bookmakers’ websites. It is the responsibility of the User to comply with bookmakers’ terms and conditions, and the laws and regulations in their respective country regarding gambling and sports betting.
• You may only sign up for and/or use this Service if you are at least 18 years old.

3. Access to this Service.

• The ability to use this Service for a bookmaker is an optional add-on. When purchased, the User is granted lifetime access to an add-on, where lifetime access refers to the operational lifetime this Service as maintained by us.
• Access to any bookmaker add-on may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion. This may occur due to, but not limited to, changes made by the bookmaker (e.g. website structure), legal or regulatory requirements, business decisions, or technical limitations.
• We make reasonable efforts to maintain support for each bookmaker, but continued access is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if an add-on is modified or removed after purchase.
• Access to a bookmaker add-on may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons. We will aim to provide notice in advance where possible.
• The price of this Service and of any optional functionality specific to a bookmaker will be the price indicated on our site. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time and at our sole discretion.
• Please note that the price that you will pay is an amount inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK.
• While we aim to ensure the User can access this Service at all times, access to this Service and/or any of the features of this Service may be interrupted at any time for any reason. An example of an interruption of access would be operation on a specific bookmaker’s website being temporarily disabled while we improve operation on that website.
• The aim of the "no win next one free guarantee" offer is to provide users with access to another bookmaker add-on if they don't make profit within 1 month of their previous bookmaker add-on purchase. The application of this is completely at our discretion and evidence may be requested to prove the validity of any claim. We reserve the right to reject any claims at our sole discretion.
• Refunds may only be processed as a gesture of goodwill at our sole discretion.

4. Other important terms.

• If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
• These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Services in the English courts.
